Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and people-oriented Human Resources (HR) Officer to manage employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and organizational development initiatives. The ideal candidate will help create a positive work environment while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
  • Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate hiring activities.
  • Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs.

Employee Relations

  • Address employee concerns and provide HR support.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and disciplinary issues.

Performance Management

  • Coordinate performance reviews and employee evaluations.
  • Support managers in setting goals and tracking employee performance.
  • Develop employee recognition and reward programs.

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
  • Manage attendance, leave requests, and employee benefits.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Training & Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
  • Support career development initiatives and succession planning.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HR software and employee management systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • HR certification (SHRM, HRCI, CIPD, etc.).
  • Experience in talent acquisition and workforce planning.
  • Familiarity with payroll and benefits administration.
