Key Responsibilities
User Research
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Analyze user behavior and identify pain points.
- Translate research findings into actionable design decisions.
UX Design
- Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Design intuitive and accessible user experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements.
UI Design
- Develop visually appealing interfaces.
- Create design systems and reusable components.
- Ensure consistency across products and platforms.
Collaboration
- Work closely with developers and product managers.
- Participate in product strategy discussions.
- Support implementation and quality assurance processes.
Required Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
- Strong understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design.
Experience
- Portfolio demonstrating product design projects.
- Experience designing web and mobile applications.
- Familiarity with user-centered design methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Experience conducting usability testing and analytics review.
- Understanding of Agile product development processes.
